KJNY FM 99.1 is offering a random drawing during there “Dad’s Day Every Day” Promotion. The grand prize is a hand built wood picnic table, Bond propane BBQ (without the tank), tiki torches and a hanging swing seat. The estimated value of the prize is $599. Open to U.S. Residents only. Must be 18 years or older and have a valid picture identification. Employees of participating sponsors, Redwood Broadcasting, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. To enter, log on to www.kjny.net and click on the “contest” button. Fill out the required information and tell us in 50 words or less why your Dad needs a day. You may also send your name, contact information and your fifty words or less paragraph on a sheet of paper to: KJNY – Dads Day, 603 “F” Street Eureka, Ca. 95501 to be entered by mail. Void where prohibited. Need not be present to win. Random Drawing and winner’s name will be announced on the radio and winner will be contacted by phone. Entry deadline is e.o.b. June 17, 2010. Winner will be announced on June 18th, 2010 inside Marcus Matthew’s Morning show from 6a-10a. Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. All Federal, State and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable laws, insurance and recommended safety precautions are the responsibility of the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to pick up the prize from the studio within two weeks after the promotion ends. KJNY will not ship any part of the prize anywhere. Prize is not transferable for cash. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and it’s agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
